Is GrowthPass free?+
GrowthPass includes a selected benefit for qualifying processing customers. Launch website hosting is $50/month; Grow and Scale website hosting is included while eligible. Processing, hardware, taxes, and excluded services are disclosed separately.
Can I qualify without an existing business?+
You can request an assessment. New businesses may need a standalone launch scope or a different arrangement because there is no established processing history.
Do I have to switch processors?+
A processing-funded benefit depends on an eligible arrangement through our team. We review your existing provider and terms before recommending a change.
Am I signing up when I complete the form?+
No. It is an enquiry, not an application approval, purchase, or processing agreement.

Is the website rebuilt every month?+
No. It is a one-time build. Hosting and agreed ongoing care follow the written scope.
Can I receive both the website and monthly social content?+
The standard Grow and Scale tiers offer a choice. Additional services can be separately quoted.
Is Business HQ included as live software?+
No. Business HQ remains a product preview and is not an available production benefit.

Can this cover my ecommerce store?+
We can assess it, but a store is not assumed to fit a standard website benefit. Catalogue, payments, fulfilment, integrations, and support affect the proposal.
Can I keep my domain?+
Yes, subject to access and platform requirements. Domain ownership and required DNS changes are reviewed before launch.

How many posts are included?+
The approved proposal specifies the quantity and formats. Grow includes 8 social posts per month and Scale includes 12 on the social path. Launch includes one month of content; its quantity is agreed in the offer.
Do you reply to messages?+
Only if community or inbox management is explicitly included. Otherwise your team retains that responsibility.

The displayed processing prices are indicative for qualified accounts. Your provider agreement confirms the final markup, eligible transaction types, additional charges, and commercial terms.
Can I compare my existing payment costs?+
Yes. Use the cost worksheet as a starting point and request a review. Its examples are hypothetical, not an offered rate or guaranteed saving.
