Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, business name if provided, selected services, business type and stage, and any message you include. Equipment quote requests also include the selected models and quantities. If you submit a GrowthPass plan, this also includes your selected province or territory, location category, service preference, and, where applicable, selling channel and approximate card-volume range. Planner answers stay in the page session until you submit them. We also record the submission time, a reference number, your enquiry status, and the version of the consent notice. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, bank information, or other sensitive records.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond to your questions, prepare a scope or quote, and manage the conversation. Submitting a form does not sign you up for newsletters or unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.
Where enquiries are stored
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website's database on the OpenAI Sites hosting platform, which uses Cloudflare infrastructure. The authorized site owner can access them through a protected team inbox. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We do not claim Canadian-only data residency.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months for follow-up. Records older than 12 months are excluded from the team inbox and removed when the inbox is loaded or a new enquiry is received. Information needed for a separately agreed customer relationship is governed by that relationship's terms. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, by emailing our privacy contact. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security and abuse prevention
Public visitors cannot browse enquiries. Access to the team inbox requires sign-in and an explicit owner allowlist. To limit repeated submissions, the site temporarily stores a hashed identifier derived from the current time window, network address, and email, together with a request count. Expired identifiers are cleaned up as enquiries are received. Hosting providers may separately process technical request data for security and operation.
Cookies, analytics, and the CRM preview
We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics to this site. The hosting platform may use cookies and technical data for essential operation, security, and team sign-in. The Business HQ preview uses fictional records held only in the current page session. Changes in that preview are not saved as customer records and are cleared when you refresh.
Email and external services
Email links open your email application. Messages sent this way are handled by your email provider and our business mailbox. External links take you to sites with their own policies. A production CRM, payment service, or other contracted system may need a separate privacy notice before use.
